We easily adapt our breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings to Gluten-Free
and Vegetarian diets without sacrificing our casual fine dining reputation.
Our kitchen turns out fresh daily gluten-free baked goods like breads and muffins so you won't feel like you are missing out.

We welcome the opportunity to serve your Kosher needs and are also able to accommodate the special needs of a Vegan diet if there are not too many restrictions.  Please consult with us when inquiring about a reservation.

CHEF ALEX BEFORE AND AFTER.....
So..... our beloved executive chef Alex decides just 3 months ago (!) to go gluten-free. Here's the result 40 pounds later! The best part is that he accomplished this by adopting the meals we serve at Rancho Pacifico (most of which are naturally gluten-free because our menu has, for 8 years, been low in carbs). He gave up his former diet of sweets, soda, sandwiches, cakes, etc.

The benefit going forward is that everyone, gluten-free or not - can reap the benefits of our low-carb meals. And if you are gluten free, there is very little compromise. And don't worry, we still get the complaint we have always gotten - "you give us too much food!"
